A corner section turns a run of crash barrier around a change of direction without cutting or forcing the beam — external corners wrap the outside of an angle, such as a building corner or the end of a loading bay, while internal corners follow the inside face. Sold individually, so you buy only what the layout needs.

What else you will need

Corners are a component, not a kit. A complete run also takes crash barrier beams (3504mm overall, 3200mm effective when overlapped), H posts or Z posts in dig in or bolt down, plus post bolts and lap bolts. See the full crash barrier range.

Common questions

Internal or external — which do I need? Stand where the vehicle is. If the barrier bends away from you, around the outside of an obstacle, that is an external corner. If it bends towards you, following the inside of an angle, that is internal.

Can I cut and bend a beam instead? Not cleanly. Cutting breaks the galvanised finish and the corrugation will not take a tight angle, so the joint ends up weaker than the run it is protecting.

Can they be powder coated? Yes, in any RAL colour at extra cost, the same as the beams and posts.
