Delivery information

Everything you need to know about getting your order — lead times, costs, collection and large deliveries.

Please read before ordering

Offloading & site access

Offloading is your responsibility. Please have people (and any lifting equipment) ready to unload the moment the vehicle arrives.

No HiAb or crane offload. We deliver on our own flatbeds — from small flatbeds up to 12-tonne — and none of them carry offloading cranes.

Nearest safe access only. Our vehicles keep to the public highway and firm hard-standing. They won't cross fields, verges or soft ground.

Mainland UK only. We can deliver to mainland ports, but our vehicles don't travel on ferries or off the mainland.

How it's delivered

We deliver on our own flatbed vehicles — from small flatbeds up to 12-tonne — direct from our Liverpool depot. Offloading is the customer's responsibility, so please have help ready on arrival (see the highlighted note above).

Lead times

Stock items are dispatched promptly. Made-to-order items and anything powder-coated take a little longer — powder-coating typically adds around 7 working days. We'll confirm the timescale on your order.

Delivery cost

Delivery is calculated from your delivery postcode and the contents of your order, and shown at checkout before you pay. For very large orders, contact us for a tailored delivery price.

Large & timed deliveries

Full loads, phased deliveries to site or a booked delivery window? We can arrange it — get in touch with your postcode and dates and we'll plan it around your programme.

Click & collect

Collect from our Liverpool depot

Prefer to collect or need it quickly? Order online and collect from our Speke depot — often the same day. We'll let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and, for heavier items, suitable transport and a hand to load.

A problem with your delivery?

If anything arrives damaged or an item is missing, let us know as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — and we'll put it right. See our returns policy for full details, or read about our nationwide coverage.
