D-section pale
A palisade pale pressed into a rounded, D-shaped profile. Slightly less rigid than W-section and takes its own D-section bolts, which don't interchange.

A D section pale is pressed into a rounded, D-shaped profile rather than a folded W. Because the shallower profile does less structural work, D section is made thicker to compensate — 2.5mm against W section's 2mm.
It reads softer from a distance than W section, which is why it gets specified where palisade is needed but a wall of angular steel would look wrong. Available in every height we stock, galvanised as standard.
