Vertical bar railing runs its bars straight through the horizontal rails rather than looping them over, and lets you choose the top finish as an option on the same product: plain flat top, ball top or arrow top, all at the same height, post and price point.

Both are finial options on the same vertical bar product — ball top is a rounded finial on each bar, arrow top a pointed one, alongside the plain flat-top choice.
- Is vertical bar available in play spec?
No — on this site, play spec is only sold on the Bow Top range.
