An aluminium insert that adapts a slotted concrete fence post to take composite fencing boards, replacing the timber panel it was originally slotted for.

• Slides straight into an existing concrete post channel — no need to dig out and replace the post
• 48mm wide x 32mm high aluminium profile, with a 21mm locating lip that gives the composite board an edge to run against
• Two elongated fixing slots (5mm) in the base plate
• Aluminium won’t rust or rot inside the post channel the way a timber packer can

Each insert measures 48mm across and 32mm high overall: an 11mm base plate carrying the fixing slots, with a 21mm upstand lip that locates the board. See the diagram for the full profile.

Use it to bring an existing slotted concrete post into line with our composite fencing boards, without replacing the post itself. The concrete post and the composite boards are sold separately — this is the adapter piece that lets them work together.
